SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. The shipping cost includes the cost of insurance. If you would like to have your item shipped faster, please feel free to call us at [203] 470 3204 to arrange for different options.

RETURNS
There are no returns for the bracelet unless there is damage during shipping. The bracelet must be returned and a new one will be shipped to replace damaged goods.

Denise Cox originals: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Your order will be refunded 100% within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping and insurance will be paid by the customer.
